LOCKSMITH CALLOUT TERMS

Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may depend on the lock type, access difficulty, required parts and the condition of the door or frame. We will explain costs before starting work.

Emergency work

Emergency response times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, location, weather or demand. We will update you if the arrival time changes.

Access and proof

For lockouts, we may ask for proof that you are authorised to access the property. If proof is not immediately available, it may be required after entry.

Payments

Payment is due once work is completed unless otherwise agreed. Card, cash or bank transfer may be accepted depending on the job.
